Our Guarantee: Peace of Mind

At Furqanwear, we operate on the principles of Amana (Trust). We want you to wear our garments with confidence, not regret. If the fit isn’t right or the style isn’t for you, we are here to facilitate a fair solution.

 

The 30-Day Window

We want you to have ample time to decide if the garment is right for you. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return your item. As long as the return package is shipped back to us within this 30-day window, we will honor the request.

 

Exchanges (Wrong Size/Style)

We want you to have the perfect fit. To make this easy for you, we share the cost:

The Return is on Us: We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the item back to our warehouse.

The New Shipping is on You: Once we receive your return, we will issue you a Store Credit for the full value of the item. You can then order the correct size, simply paying for the new shipping at checkout.

 

Refunds (Change of Mind)

If you simply wish to return the item for a refund:

We will provide a return shipping label for your convenience.

Once inspected, we will refund the item cost (minus the cost of the return shipping label).

Damaged or Defective Items

If we made a mistake (wrong item sent) or the garment is damaged, we take full responsibility.

We will cover 100% of the costs, including return shipping and sending you a fresh replacement immediately.

 

Condition of Returns 

We ask that all returns be:

Unworn and unwashed.

In original packaging with tags attached. Free of scents or marks.
