- Canada and USA: free shipping on orders over $80, with no customs or duties to pay. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive in 1–3 business days in Ontario and Quebec, 5–7 in the rest of Canada, and 3–7 in the United States.
- European Union: free shipping on orders over €100. Delivery takes 10–14 business days. Import VAT and customs duties are paid by the customer on delivery.
- Australia and New Zealand: free shipping on orders over $250. Delivery takes 10–20 business days to Australia and 14–20 to New Zealand, with duties included on orders under $1,000.
International orders are prepared within 2–3 business days. Returns are accepted within 14 days in Canada, the US and the EU.
