Standard Tracked: 10–14 Business Days

Free Shipping: On orders over €100 EUR.

 

🇦🇺 Australia

Economy Tracked : 10–20 Business Days

Free Shipping: On orders over $250 AUD.

 

🇳🇿 New Zealand

Standard Tracked : 14–20 Business Days

Free Shipping: On orders over $250 NZD.

 

 PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 2–3 business days for us to carefully prepare and pack your order. You will receive an email with your tracking number the moment it is ready to ship.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

 

European Union: Orders to the EU are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Import VAT, any applicable customs duties, and the carrier's clearance handling fee are not included in the price you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Australia & New Zealand: For orders under $1,000, duties and taxes are included in the shipping price. You will not face any unexpected charges upon delivery.

 

A NOTE ON RETURNS

European Union: For customers located in the EU, we offer a standard 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. To exercise this right, email us at info@furqanwear.com within that window and we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase price including standard outbound shipping within 14 days.

Australia & New Zealand: Because of the long distance and high cost of international logistics, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders to Australia and New Zealand.

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

While we pack every order with care, we know that mistakes or shipping mishaps can happen.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If something isn't right when you open your package, please contact us immediately with a photo. We handle these situations personally and with fairness.

Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 20 days, reach out to us. We will look into it and do our best to resolve the situation.
